Breaking down, she finally bought herI want to first mention that Surrounded by Flames is the second book of the Flame Trilogy and the sequel to Above the Flames, which I read and reviewed earlier this year. I also want to note that I was given an ARC in exchange for my honest thoughts on her novel. Above the Flames was an incredible novel that hooks you into the world Cassandra created, this part of the trilogy brings her world to life which makes it impossible to put the book down. This review is probably the hardest I have

1/31/2020 INCOMPLETE TRILOGY 2016,2017, (Unknown release date)

Im normally not a fan of the paranormal, but this book and its predecessor Above the Flames have both captured my interest. I found this book a real page turner as Ms Fear masterfully spins a fascinating plot about a handful of young adults, with superhuman powers, try to save the world from demons are trying to destroy all humanity. Its well done with some great twists in the plot that will make the reader need to read on. Ordinarily, however, sequels should be able to work as a stand alone

This sequel takes the plot to new heights. With lots of twists and turns, this novel kept me at the edge of my seat.
