I'm not sure why I've been so sucked into this series, at first I was really drawn to Riley's strong stubborn character and her kick ass attitude. I'm also a huge tattoo fan so to have a main character of a paranormal book own and run a tattoo parlor was kick ass for me. I really liked that she is a no nonsense girl that had cleaned up her act to take care of her little brother.
