4 starsThis was a very good story. I liked both Becca and Brawn and enjoyed their story. I'm really liking this series and am planning to continue with it.Becca is the daughter of Tim, the leader of the human task force that works with the NSO (the New Species Organization). She's a widow and lives alone in a house that she inherited from her grandfather, which happens to be on the same land as her Father's house. When Tim has a NS male coming to stay with him as a new member of the team, Tim2.5/5This was a huge disappointment. This book had high potential to be a 4 or even 5 stars read for me, but unfortunately it fell far short of my expectations. The story started off promising but somewhere around halfway through the third quarter, it started to go off track, and finally ended up being only a mediocre read for me.Despite the fact that I found the story itself was fun, the plot was interesting and Brawn was so adorable, there were still so many things that didn't work for me in
BRAWN & BECCA I loved the book cover and the story. It almost felt like I was reading two different books.In the first part Brawn was strong and protective and in the second part he looked so sensitive and vulnerable. The perfect male.I am looking forward to Flame's story. He was so cute in this book.

4 Baby's mama drama Stars*Spoilers* I like directness too. I did take it wrong at first and mentally agreed it would be a tight fit. Youre small. For a second, as I admired your bent form, I forgot why Id never touch a human female and I growled in appreciation. My kind do that when were aroused. You have a nice form. Brawn is so delicious in this story, his blunt way of speaking and vulnerability when it comes to worrying if Becca will accept him makes your heart go flip flop.
I enjoyed this book. The series has, for the most part, been very good (Im still going to pretend Valiant doesnt exist). I dont have any complaints about the book but one thing did bother me. When Jessie and Justice were talking to Beccas father, I felt like they were talking to him like he was a kid. I know they were worried that he would try to attack or kill Brawn, but come on! Give the guy some credit. Dont they know the difference between venting in anger and actions?I really liked Brawn
