If you're looking for a book that will take you away from the real world for a spell, dive into Tanner and Marna's story.Marna is an angel trapped on earth, not because she chose to fall, but because a shifter clawed off her wings! I loved Tanner and Marna together and I'm hoping Bastion gets a book. I must admit my favorite parts of the story were when Sammael was around since he was my favorite of the series.
Angels, shifters, vampires and demons. You get them all in Avenging Angel. They are dark, edgy, mouthy, passionate and are ready to die to save those they love. Something different about this book in the series is that the angel, Marna, is not Fallen at first. Her wings were cut off so she doesnt have a choice about living on Earth. Avenging Angel is Edens fourth book in her The Fallen series and it picks up right after book three ends in an epic battle that leaves Marna wingless and earth bound. I enjoy this series immensely and am still waiting for the book that I wont enjoy. Eden snags my interest every time she pens a story and luckily nothing changed when I picked up Avenging Angel.Marna is quite capable of taking care of herself.
