Super enjoy this series. The stories are short, fast paced, goodness. The plot development is finally really taking off but man it’s still so insta-lovey. The last book was intense! Morgan is mourning her love and relationship with Cal, who tried to burn her alive. She is starting to fear magic especially when she feels darkness looming. Practical Magick, her favorite shop is in danger of closing, and one of the blood witches owners, David, has been using dark magic to prevent that. She witnesses his trail and stripping of magical powers and it scares her, especially that who performs the penalty is none other than Huner the Seeker, who is now theExcellant fast paced book. Can't believe there are another 3 volumes hope they are as good
While I am enjoying this Doritos series I do have a few issues:1. Morgan needs to stop calling her car Das Boot. Just say "my car" or "the car". It's lost it's novelty and i just want this car to die a fiery death already.2. Can we develop the male love interests a little more before the insta love?

I have to say that this book was my least favorite in the series so far. It felt like a filler book just to try and tie up loose ends, but not really add much in the story.There is one good thing about the book and that is Morgan and Hunter's relationship seems to be growing in this one. Aside from the passion filled romance between Cal and Morgan, this one seems more real. More than half the time in their relationship, the two of them are arguing.Will this stop me from continuing the series?
Possibly the best book yet! This is my third reading of it and and it was every bit as emotional and gripping as the very first!!! With this book the series has matured at last, into a dark tale of magick, destiny, love, and horror! There is almost not hint of the cheesy corny youthfulness we see in book 1. Here thing get serious! Very serious!spoilers, so many spoilers below!!!!!!!spoilsspoilsspoils!!!!A lot of this is summary, for my own benefit, but bear with me. So Morgan is struggling with
